Operations is the backbone of IHS Towers. This team includes our frontline workers, ranging from technical specialists, field engineers, drivers, and security personnel. Our Operations team are instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our tower sites, delivering engineering excellence, while upholding the highest health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards.

Our track record of success is built on a well-defined organic and inorganic expansion strategy, designed to grow in existing markets and enter carefully selected growth-oriented markets. Our Commercial and Strategy team are responsible for scoping, sourcing, and managing the commercial aspects of our customer agreements, while maintaining collaborative relationships to help our customers achieve their connectivity goals.

As a global business, having the right enterprise architecture, information security systems and solutions is key. Our Information Technology team is focused on creating resilient technology-driven roadmaps to help streamline global processes, monitor system stability and performance, and facilitate checks and balances to fortify our cybersecurity measures.

Regarded as custodians of integrity, our Legal team keep our business on track by providing strategic counsel in all jurisdictions of operations and overseeing compliance with applicable local regulations. From facilitating strategic M&A transactions to commercial agreements, ensuring data privacy and mitigating risk, our Legal team works collaboratively to help our business thrive on a global scale.

Our Communications team is responsible for managing and overseeing all Group-wide internal and external communications to ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all communication channels. This team is instrumental in upholding our reputation as expert partners in communications infrastructure.
