24 November 2016: NOTICE is hereby given by IHS Netherlands Holdco B.V. (the “Issuer”) that, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture relating to the Notes dated 27 October 2016, a conference call to discuss the third quarter unaudited interim financial results for the period ended 30 September 2016 (the “Q3 Interim Report”) will take place on Monday 28 November 2016 at 1pm GMT. Further details of the call will separately be sent to holders of the Notes.
The Q3 Interim Report will be published, as well as the results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, on the IHS Towers website on or around Friday 25 November 2016 and contains inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
