20 November 2017: IHS Netherlands Holdco B.V. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture relating to the Notes dated 27 October 2016, a conference call to discuss the unaudited financial results for the three and nine month periods ended 30 September 2017 (the “Q3 2017 Report”) will take place on Wednesday 29 November 2017 at 2pm GMT.

The Q3 2017 Report will be published, as well as the results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, on the IHS Towers website on or around Tuesday 28 November 2017 and may contain inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
