12 April 2017: NOTICE is hereby given by IHS Netherlands Holdco B.V. (the “Issuer”) that, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture relating to the Notes dated 27 October 2016, a conference call to discuss the financial results for the year ended 31 December 2016 (the “FY 2016 Results”) will take place on Thursday 27 April 2017 at 2pm BST. Further details of the call will separately be sent to holders of the Notes.

The FY 2016 Results will be published, as well as the results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, on the IHS Towers website on or around Wednesday 26 April 2017 and may contain inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
