12 May 2017: NOTICE is hereby given by IHS Netherlands Holdco B.V. (the "Issuer") that, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture relating to the Notes dated 27 October 2016, a conference call to discuss the unaudited interim financial results for the three-month period ended 31 March 2017 (the "Q1 2017 Interim Report") will take place on Thursday 25 May 2017 at 2pm BST. Further details of the call will separately be sent to holders of the Notes.

The Q1 2017 Interim Report will be published, as well as the results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, on the IHS Towers website on or around Wednesday 24 May 2017 and may contain inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
