1 August 2018: IHS Netherlands Holdco B.V. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture relating to the Notes dated 27 October 2016, a conference call to discuss the unaudited financial results for the three and six month periods ended 30 June 2018 (the “Q2 2018 Report”) will take place on Wednesday 29 August 2018 at 2pm BST.

The Q2 2018 Report will be published, as well as the results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, on the IHS Towers website on or around Tuesday 28 August 2018 and may contain inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
