15 March 2019: IHS Netherlands Holdco B.V. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture relating to the Notes dated 27 October 2016, a conference call to discuss the financial results for the year ended 31 December 2018 (the “FY 2018 Results”) will take place on Monday 25 March 2019 at 2pm GMT.

The FY 2018 Results will be published, as well as the results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, on the IHS Towers’ website before the call and may contain inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
