22 July 2019: IHS Netherlands Holdco B.V. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture relating to the Notes dated 27 October 2016, a conference call for the holders of the Notes to discuss the unaudited interim financial results for the three and six month periods ended 30 June 2019 (the “Q2 2019 Results”) will take place on Friday 26 July 2019 at 12pm BST.

The Q2 2019 Results will be published, as well as the results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, on the IHS Towers website on or around Thursday 25 July 2019 and may contain inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
