6 November 2019: IHS Netherlands Holdco B.V. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture relating to the Notes dated 18 September 2019, a conference call for the holders of the Notes to discuss the unaudited interim financial results for the three and nine month periods ended 30 September 2019 (the “Q3 2019 Results”) will take place on Thursday 14 November at 2pm GMT.

The Q3 2019 Results will be published, as well as the results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, on the IHS Towers website on or around Wednesday 13 November 2019.
