(the “Issuer”) hereby announces that a conference call for the holders of the Notes to discuss the unaudited interim financial results for the three and six month periods ended 30 June 2020 (the “Q2 2020 Results”) will take place on Thursday 6 August 2020, at 2pm London time.

 The Q2 2020 Results will be published, as well as the results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, on the IHS Towers website on or around Wednesday 5 August 2020.
