(the “Issuer”) hereby announces that a conference call for the holders of the Notes to discuss the unaudited interim financial results for the three and nine month periods ended 30 September 2020 (the "Q3 2020 Results") will take place on Thursday 5 November 2020, at 2pm London time. 

The Q3 2020 Results, as well as the results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, will be published on the IHS Towers website on or around Wednesday 4 November 2020.
